Dustin owns a small electronics repair business (Tech Fixers LLC of Shakopee). Tech Fixers provides electronics repair services for computers, phones, tablets, circuit boards, and much more. Tech Fixers also offers recycling of consumer electronics for free or a small fee. Tech Forge is a new brand that is committed to making technology last longer with locally produced products using sustainable materials.

Previously Dustin interned for Xcel Energy in economic development & energy programs. He has worked as a technician repairing electronics for companies such as Batteries Plus & Device Pitstop.

He has a Bachelors in Economics and Business Administration from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Masters with a concentration in Software Engineering from Harvard Extension. He considers himself part of the "Maker Movement" and enjoys making new and interesting things, often from repurposed materials.
