GETTING THERE

Hennepin Technical College |  9000 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 | 952-995-1300

Free parking is available throughout the campus. Attendees should park in Student Lot 4, located on the northeast side of the building. Enter through Door J2. Exhibitors may park in the handicap or staff parking lots and enter through Door J1 for convenient unloading.

Consider taking public transportation or carpooling to the conference. 

Metro Transit bus 721 drops off directly in front of the conference location.

Reuse Minnesota members can log into their membership account and post on the carpool thread in our professional forum.

REUSE26 is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees. We welcome requests for reasonable acccommodations to ensure full participation in the conference. 

If you require an accommodation, please contact info@reusemn.org by October 6, 2026. Advance notice allows us to review requests and make reasonable efforts to arrange services.

Examples of accommodation requests may include, but are not limited to:

  • Wheelchair-accessible seating, entrances, and restrooms
  • Reserved seating or space for mobility devices
  • Assistive listening devices
  • ASL interpretation or CART captioning (please note that availability may vary and some services require additional advance coordination)
  • Space for service animals
  • Access to quiet or low-sensory spaces
  • Dietary accommodations

All requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Fragrance-free: To ensure our event is accessible and safe for all attendees, please refrain from wearing scented products to the conference.

Prayer/reflection room and lactation lounge: The lactation lounge is in C139, and the prayer/reflection room is in F127. Please stop at the conference check-in desk for a key to the lactation lounge.

TRANSPORTATION

Consider taking public transportation or carpooling to the conference. Metro Transit bus 721 drops off directly in front of the conference location. Bike racks are available at the main entrance and Student Lot 4.

Bus schedules

Metro Transit

Metro Transit is the transportation resource for the Twin Cities, offering an integrated network of buses, light rail and commuter trains as well as resources for those who carpool, vanpool, walk or bike. Metro Transit is developing a network of enhanced transitways throughout the region. Metro Transit discounted bus passes are available for purchase in the Campus Store.

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority

The Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) is the public transportation agency for seven suburbs located approximately 15 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul: Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, and Rosemount in Dakota County, Savage, Prior Lake and Shakopee in Scott County.

SW Transit

SW Transit is a public transit agency for Chaska, Chanhassen and Eden Prairie, as well as Carver. We currently offer service to and from Downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, Normandale Community College and Best Buy Headquarters.

Metro Mobility

Metro Mobility is a shared ride public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition. Trips are provided for any purpose.

SW Prime

SW Prime is a transit service for Eden Prairie, Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver, Victoria, and Normandale Community College.

Transit Link

Transit Link is shared-ride public transportation for the Twin Cities metro area where regular route transit service is infrequent or unavailable. It's for trips that can’t be accomplished on regular transit routes alone.

FOOD

Reuse Minnesota works closely with the catering department at Hennepin Technical College to accommodate a range of dietary needs. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options will always be available. If you have additional dietary requests, please feel free to contact us at info@reusemn.org or share your needs on the registration form. We will share the menu here once it is finalized.

POLICIES

Cancellation and refund policy: Conference attendees may cancel their registration for a full refund through September 30. Refunds of 50% are offered October 1-15, after which refunds are not available.

Site visit attendees may cancel and receive a refund through October 15, after which no refunds will be issued.

Registration for the conference or site visits may be transferred from one person to another at any time for no charge. Please email us at info@reusemn.org or call 612-314-6283 for assistance.

Photography & video recording: Portions of the conference may be photographed or recorded, and you may opt out of being captured by indicating your preference on the registration form.
