Danielle brings more than 16 years of experience from Target, where she most recently served as Circularity Director, leading enterprise circular strategy and Textile Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). She built and led Target’s Circular Capabilities team, advancing solutions that balanced regulatory risk mitigation with long-term business opportunity. A recognized expert in circular economy policy and compliance, Danielle has worked closely with industry leaders, producer responsibility organizations, government, NGOs and supply chain partners to shape practical, forward-looking sustainability solutions. Danielle is a co-owner of the Minneapolis based textile repair shop, Nice Repair, and the co-founder of the Minnesota Cloth Diaper Bank. Danielle previously served as VP of the Board for Reuse Minnesota.
