The county is planning to build a new Environmental Service Center to make it easier for residents to reduce waste, reuse, recycle and compost. Join us at the upcoming community open houses. See concept designs, provide feedback and ask questions about how this new center can meet the needs of your community. All Ramsey County residents, organizations and businesses are invited to attend.
