Blueprints & Bubbles (5:30 – 6:30 pm)
Begin the evening with a complimentary champagne toast, a lively mix & mingle, cocktails available for purchase, and a silent auction — all set within the Landmark Center’s stunning cortile.
Raise the Roof: Auction & Awards (6:30 – 7:45 pm)
Bid high, cheer loudly, and help support preservation during our live auction. We’ll also shine a spotlight on this year’s Preservation Award winners—honoring the individuals and organizations making a lasting impact in Minnesota and beyond.
Demolition Dance Floor (7:45 – 9:00 pm)
The night doesn’t end with the auction and awards—it’s just getting started! Enjoy hearty bites and the vibrant sounds of The High 48s, a celebrated bluegrass band that will keep the energy high. Take a spin on the dance floor, challenge friends at the games floor, find out if you won that silent auction item, or simply soak in the festive atmosphere. However you choose to celebrate, this is the moment to let loose, connect, and end the evening with a bang.

From helping small businesses thrive through Rethos' Main Street program, to creating hands-on volunteer opportunities at Doors Open Minneapolis and Duluth, to teaching practical skills in deconstruction and reuse that keep building materials out of landfills—Rethos' programs are designed to connect people with their places.
