Costume and Party Supply Swap
To gear up for Fall and celebrate National Costume Swap Day, Saint Paul Public Works is hosting a Costume and Party Supply Swap!
Reduce plastic pollution this October! With 83% of costumes made from non-recyclable plastic that can linger in landfills for centuries, our First Annual Costume and Party Supply Swap offers a sustainable solution. Discover a unique costume, and find great party supplies, all while giving items a second life. It's the perfect way to refresh your look and party while diverting waste.
